Annual Conference of the Swiss-Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce
Switzerland is among the leading foreign investors in Montenegro. In 2024, a significant amount of foreign investment came from Switzerland—65.68 million euros, with just over 30 million euros, according to the Central Bank of Montenegro, invested in real estate. Considering the importance of economic cooperation between Montenegro and Switzerland, as well as the growing interest of Swiss companies in investing and starting businesses in Montenegro, the Swiss-Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the annual conference, which will be held on March 26, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel, starting at 11:00 AM.
The conference, during which discussions will take place on Swiss investments in Montenegro, the experience of Swiss companies operating in the Montenegrin market, as well as areas for further improvement of the economic bilateral relations between the two countries and the domestic business environment, will feature the following speakers: the Minister of Justice of the Government of Montenegro, Mr. Bojan Božović, the Minister of Tourism of the Government of Montenegro, Ms. Simonida Kordić, the Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to the Republic of Serbia and Montenegro, Ms. An Lugon-Moulin, the President of the Swiss-Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce and CEO of Sky Express Montenegro, Mr. Majo Mićović.
In addition, members of the Board of Directors of the Swiss-Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce, including the Director of the Swiss company Roche, Marija Vukotić, CEO of Sky Express MNE, Majo Mićović, and the Director of Sustainable Development at Chedi Luštica Bay, Milica Janković, will present the contribution of Swiss companies to the further improvement of the Montenegrin business environment, particularly in the areas of digitalization, innovation, and sustainable development. The governance structure of the Chamber itself highlights the diversity of business activities carried out by Swiss companies in the Montenegrin market, from the IT sector and cybersecurity to real estate development and the pharmaceutical industry.
The event will also be an opportunity to learn more about the upcoming activities of the Swiss-Montenegrin Chamber of Commerce, as well as the numerous benefits of membership in this bilateral business organization, which was inaugurated in 2023.
